So Proud

Wednesdays are one of my favourite days of the week!  Wednesdays are the day that I try to keep free for crafting.  Having a family, it doesn't always work out that way, but I try to do all the dreaded housework and ironing at the beginning of the week so that I can craft guilt free.  Today it all worked out well!  After a lovely long dog walk in the forest with friends, I came home, made a coffee and headed straight into my Crafty Corner.  There, I was joined by my lovely friends Emma and Daphne for an online crop!!!  It only took me 5 hours or so, but I managed to complete a whole layout - maybe it took me so long because I was enjoying all the chatting as much as the actual crafting!

I apologise for the poor photo, the light here is terrible today, but Emma insisted that I had to blog this layout today since we had done it together!

So, as you can see, I have used my lovely Basic Grey Picadilly papers again, and am delighted to report that from that pack, I have only three sheets that have yet to be cut!!!  This is the fourth layout from this collection, and I'm not bored with it yet!  So be warned ...

  2. I love it, the Piccadilly red works really well with your picture! Agreed anyhow handsome he is!

Those stars really are perfect too, for boys and for this very proud page xxxxx

  3. WTG Carole!!! Fabulous papers, great LO and a lovely photo. All that plus chat with friends...a great afternoon!

  4. Well, I love this layout and the papers, they truly are gorgeous, but do you know what stood out the most for me? The red door!!! I so want a red door, and have for years! Glad you got in some crafty time today, hugs, Roxy.

  5. Lovely layout Carole - definitely need to buy some new papers to see if they inspire me (my excuse and I'm sticking to it!!)
